The MiS Journal + Planner has officially launched! This journal + planner was created specifically for Black women, by Black women. Each week features a quote by a Black woman and a prompt curated by a licensed therapist (also a Black woman). In addition to the quotes, you'll find spaces for to-do's, goal setting, and manifestations.The Black women featured are a mix of some known voices as well as some women in my life who personally inspire me. We have two options:
