As an administrator on a college campus, I am knee-deep in pomp and circumstance, the end of softball season, graduation receptions and move-out traffic. In the midst of the pageantry, a student recently stopped by to discuss their post-college anxieties and our discussion made me reflect on a familiar feeling of worry and stress.I figured this was the perfect time to share things I have learned to encourage our newest college graduates and young professionals.
