Diverse Sports Executive Pipeline
The Diverse Sports Executives Pipeline Program is a three-month executive leadership development program brought by Minorities in Sports Business and Diverse Representation. The program's goal is to directly address the lack of executives of color in leadership and executive roles within the sports industry. The program would provide one-on-one mentorship, professional executive coaching, speaker series, and more for 10 individuals accepted into the cohort, which is slated for June-September 2021.

Black Experience in Sports Research Initiative
The Black Experience in Sports Initiative is a first of its kind, comprehensive, and industry-wide research initiative which serves to quantify and profile the experience of Black Professionals in the business of sports while amplifying their voices to new heights to provoke change. The initiative is being delivered in a partnership between Color of Sports, Minorities in Sports Business Network, and the National Society of Black Sports Professionals and will consist of multiple phases including an industry-wide survey, focus groups, and one-to-one interviews, delivering qualitative and quantitative research detailing the total of experience of Black sports professionals across the full life cycle of their career journey in the industry and business of sports.
