Member Rob Knox discusses the experiences of his Black female student-athletes:

This article features the experiences and wisdom of UNC Greensboro (UNCG) student athletes who are Black women. It highlights their strengths and the support they enjoy and need during challenging times. It will be published in the Journal of Clinical Sport Psychology, and therefore has the potential to influence a wide audience of clinicians and professionals who work with athletes. Pseudonyms were used to protect the student-athletes as they were transparent in sharing their authentic experiences and recommendations.
