Help me, help YOU! Take the MiS Member Survey

As we continue to grow our organization, we'd like to get a better understanding of our members. This will help as we work with partners and recruiters to help bring better resources to you all and to help get us all to the next level in our careers! All answers are anonymous and confidential and no personal information will be shared.

YOU can help!

Our MiS Next Mizzou chapter is on their way to the East Coast! And we need YOUR help! Being the first collegiate Minorities in Sports chapter, we need grassroots efforts to reach our ambitious goals. We are requesting $9,000 and would like to thank those who help support our trip or share this fundraiser. Anything you can contribute will be greatly appreciated! This trip will be uniquely life changing as we further ourselves into the sport industry. Read their full proposal HERE

(Las Vegas, NV) Boyd Gaming 300 @ Las Vegas Motor Speedway 3.3

NASCAR Multicultural Development invites MiS to the Boyd Gaming 300 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on March 3. The race takes place during Wendell Scott Tribute Weekend, during which NASCAR honors Scott, the first African-American to win a NASCAR premier series event in 1963. This is also an exciting time as Darrell Wallace Jr. recently made history as the first African-American to place second at the Daytona 500 and continues to compete full-time in NASCAR’s top series. If you would like to attend, please directly message Shaina Wiel ASAP.
